I’m so excited about my food blog, that I ate breakfast and ran downstairs to post my thoughts on food this morning! I cut up a pineapple and served it for breakfast, and then I also added fresh cherries and I drank fresh squeezed orange-juice. Then I drank a whole glass of water…and I feel really full. I only had one slice of my pineapple-but it fills you up fast. I’m trying to eat as much raw, whole foods as possible today.

It’s 6:30 pm and I feel pretty good for this Wednesday. For lunch, I had a big healthy salad with oil and vinegar dressing. I put cucumbers, peas, tomotoes, and pepper-fantastic! For dinner, I had a tiny taste of rice and chow-mein. I also ate some applesauce. So, I think it was a healthy day of eating. The trick for tonight, is to stop eating now!
