Here in Utah, we celebrate Pioneer Day every July 24th. I started mine with a pancake with bananas and orange juice! Then I ate a dark green salad with celery, tomatoes, avocados and peas for lunch. For dinner, I had plums and grapes. My only snack was on Hershey cordial cherry Kiss!
Today’s Friday-the 25th, I have to go and usher a mantinee at the Festival. But I had a banana and plum for breakfast. (I also drank Monavie). It gives me an extra boost before lunch time. It’s now 12:19pm and I’ve eaten a dark green salad with the same toppings as yesterday. My thoughts for the day are: I feel so happy! I really do feel like I can do anything
I have more energy and want to do MORE today
