Okay- all day yesterday, I must have been craving protein…because I ate tuna with mayo and sweet relish! Who knows why I wanted tuna so bad-but it was not on the schedule for menus! But, I managed to go grocery shopping and grab more fresh fruit and dark green veggies.
Today, I had fresh food available…so I ate a banana for breakfast and a green salad for lunch. Cherries, blueberries and strawberries for snacktime and a southwestern rice and corn for dinner. The kids don’t even know I steamed zuccini and blended it into the rice and corn! Sneeky or what?! Ha!
