I haven’t written in here for awhile, but I am losing weight! I’ve been mostly eating raw veggies and fruit. I eat do eat carbs like cereal and bread to keep me from raiding the pantries and fridge. I know that I can make it if I had to without breakfast-but I do eat a “brunch” right now, since I’m eating late. I have bananas on cereal, herbal tea with toast, and then avacodos and celery. By three oclock, I drink Mona Vie and eat nuts and a plum. By evenings…I’m fixing dinner, so I eat a green salad and have calcium by eating a yogurt.
Someone gave us some zuchini this week-so I’m making zuchine bread (cake-in a bundt pan). I found a recipe on-line. I love to shred raw zuchini
